Ac went out after 6pm. Called and there was a repair person at my house in 30 minutes. Problem fixed and house was cooling in less than 1 hour. Always answers their phone. Great service people and Drake is wonderful and makes sure you are taken care of

The serviceman Tony was amazingly capable. I'm actually in the sheet metal union from when I was a kid and I was very impressed without fast he diagnosed pulled out the blower motor pulled the center shaft off and had me back up and running and under an hour.

After almost two months of attempts to hire a company to repair the A/C unit at our church we were blessed to be introduced to Walker Heating and Cooling by a member of our congregation. Mr. Walker came out to assess the work on Tuesday and the repairs were scheduled on Thursday. Instant service. Tony with Walker Heating and Cooling came out to my home yesterday morning right on time for my annual pre-summer service on my home & workshop HVAC units. Tony wore his plastic boot covers while in my home, put down a small rug by my a/c interior unit to protect the flooring & had such a great, positive attitude about his job. I am SO HAPPY so far with the service I have had since Walker Heating and Cooling installed our new unit in the workshop about 18 months ago. HIGHLY RECOMMED! Even the office staff, Leah, is wonderful. Check them out! You will be glad you did!! The price I paid is for service contracts on both units. 2 times per year in the house & once a year in the workshop.

You did meet our expectations for servicing both of our Water Furnace geothermal units. My wife and I appreciated your excellent and professional service of our two Water Furnace geothermal heat pumps yesterday. Jose was very thorough and patient helping us understand our system. He answered all of our questions and showed us some new features of our system we were not aware of. He showed us how to turn on and off the hot water recovery system pump. He also showed us some programing features of the thermostat that will assist us in getting the most service from both of our units. Again, thank you for doing a great job
